“ We always go to Kiwami because they offer a variety of Japanesnfood options.Tried Kiwami Food Hall for the first time since it’s slight renovationand while the place has a nice vibe and decent variety, the experience felt same as before The food tasted good- as always. We tried their but the portion sizes were surprisingly small compared to what’s shown in their menu photos- they said it was good for 2-3 persons buy technically it’s good for 1 hungry person or 2 if you’re not trying to get super full. If you’re really hungry, you might leave still looking for more. Not a bad spot, but definitely room for improvement in terms of value. They had good customer service because we gave our feedback to the manager on duty and they were prompt to recover us with their feedback. Because of the manager’s service, I was happy with the experience. Select team members though were not sincerely happy to serve customets compared to other servers. ”
“ I always come here whenever I’m craving good Japanese food! I stopped by for a quick bite and had to get something from Koyo. It’s been my favorite stall (?) ever since it launched. I always find myself ordering the Salmon Aburi and Ebi Katsu Creamy Crab. Both are consistently delicious and hit the spot every time. ”
“ Kiwami in BGC houses Japanese restaurant favorites such as Ippudo and Yabu, and also features Koyo for your sushi fix, Hachibei for yakitori, Hannosuke for tempura platters, and desserts from Hokkaido Soft Ice Cream. • Waiting Time: Less than 10 minutes (we dined around 8 PM) • Service: Quick and friendly. We asked to have our tables made bigger because of our orders, and they managed to do it promptly. • Price: Not on the cheaper side, but worth it for the variety and quality. The tempura from Hannosuke is one of the main reasons I’d visit Kiwami again — their juicy, crispy, and fresh ebi tempura will always be a staple for me. You will never be disappointed with the Rosu Katsu and Mozzarella Katsu from Yabu. The mozzarella has a light, crispy coating with spices that really let you savor the cheese, plus the spicy aioli dip makes it the perfect appetizer. The Rosu Katsu set is superb — tender pork with just the right amount of fat, making it an ideal meal for lunch or dinner. Hachibei’s yakitori offers delicious skewers. We tried the pork belly and beef with enoki, and loved the perfectly seasoned grills. Ippudo’s Torched Shoyu Ramen was also a standout — the flavorful chicken broth, medium noodles, torched pork slices, and tamago in one bowl reminded us of our visit to Japan. ”
“ We’ve been to Kiwami several times now and it never disappoints. Service is always good and impressively fast, even during peak hours. The food is consistently excellent — the same great quality and taste you’d expect from stand-alone stores like Yabu. Just note that the sides here aren’t refillable, but honestly, the flavor more than makes up for it. There’s a great range of Japanese food options, which makes it easy to satisfy different cravings in one spot. Don’t miss the soft serve — it’s really good, especially with the lengua cone. Will surely be back again soon! ”
“ Good food and friendly staff. It was convenient to order among the different restaurants—unlike a usual food hall, there’s no need to line up per restaurant. The server will take your order once you are seated. Serving time and serving size were appropriate for the price. Great when you are craving for different Japanese dishes or you’re dining with family/friends who have different preferences. ”
